Week of July 28 through August 3, 2024.

#1 ◱ Off to Texas again. This time I wanted to avoid airline sick people.

#2 ◱ I thought my meal before flying would hold me until I got home in Texas, but it didn't. I thought I would buy my usual San Francisco sour dough, but I couldn't find it. So we ate Burger King instead. Only cost $57 for two people. 🤣

#3 ◱ Don's "Travel Vest" aka Fisherman's Vest. Holds cell phone, wallet, power bank, keys, glasses, meds, and rubbish all without opening my carry-on or undoing my seat belt to get into my pockets.

#4 ◱ We came home to 24 inch poke weed that wasn't there when I left.

#5 ◱ We decided it was time to see what was in the attic since I had heard there were Christmas decorations up there. It was true.

#6 ◱ I didn't feel safe getting the boxes down. The next day Jim helped us get it all down.

#7 ◱ Five Christmas inflatables. I found new homes for three of them so far. We have a minion and a unicorn left.

#8 ◱ I enjoyed watching a butterfly in a neighbor's garden.

#9 ◱ The butterfly was so pretty and fun to watch.

#10 ◱ Why is it so fun to photograph butterflies?

#11 ◱ Lois has been on a kick to make "Texas Twinkies" that she has never eaten. The first time she wrapped bacon around jalapeno poppers stuffed with cream cheese and meat. This time she wrapped bacon around Anaheim peppers. They are still too spicy for her.

#12 ◱ Don made a cool tennis ball thingie so I would know when to stop the car in the garage. We have a very small two car garage. He had no rope so he used shopping bags.
