#57 ◱ The recipe below for eggplant was especially yummy. I will make it again.

#58 ◱ I didn't use oil, but used Jimmy Dean regular sausage and let the eggplant cook in that. Used garlic salt instead of salt, and garlic powder instead of cloves. I used a fresh tomato. About 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning instead of a larger amount, and about half the cream.
