#3 ◱ Lois was surprised how big they got.

#13 ◱ Don spent a long time collecting timers and Y's to winterize Rosewold.

#14 ◱ Ugh. Beavers. That was an eight-year-old Italian plum tree. It was our biggest fruit tree that we planted.

#15 ◱ one row of peach trees is still alive! And the blackberry vines haven't choked them out. Hopefully we can reclaim them.

#16 ◱ Sheep always enjoy attention.

#17 ◱ East pasture is being prepared to be a nice, smooth, grassy area.

#18 ◱ East pasture continued improvements.

#19 ◱ Cedar Lane has become overgrown. The sheep were assigned to keep it under control and they have failed at their job.

#20 ◱ Cedar Lane after Lois mowed it about six passes with Betsie Then she went back with Goldie but that picture hasn't been taken yet. .

#21 ◱ Sheep shelter in the middle pasture. Legs are sunk 8 inches into the ground.

#34 ◱ Lois uses the cordless pole hedge trimmer. Limited success. The branches are too thick.

#35 ◱ Lois uses the corded pole chain saw. Greater success.

#36 ◱ Lois is trying to get the lilacs down to six feet tall.

#37 ◱ Loading Goldie with tree trimmings.

#38 ◱ Dumping ground for tree trimmings.

#39 ◱ Chickery hole for 4x4 post. The 3in auger is amazing. Highly recommended.

#42 ◱ The hard ones are done. Now we are drilling the easy ones

#47 ◱ Sunset over the Chickery. It looks so much prettier with the sunset.

#48 ◱ Sunset over the Guest House. It is sad that the sky goes in a blaze of glory and then fades so fast.
