The concept was well intentioned but did not age well. After seven years it is overgrown and hard to maintain.

Don probed around and found a row of blocks which he turned on edge to make them more visible and easier to collect.

He was able to load ten of the blocks into the bucket of the tractor and relocate them to A-Con for storage.

After removing the blocks Goldie was used to mow to the center of the Elderberry tree through the area where the blocks had been.

There are still more blocks that have been upended, ready for loading, and many more blocks to be discovered and upended.

Don hooked up the box scraper (first time in many months) with teeth fully extended and then he dragged the ground.

The box scraper left claw marks and snagged on lots of bricks which Don removed by hand.

We salvaged 10 bricks yesterday and 40 more today. I think we got all of them, but at least we probably got most of them.
