Week of July 26 through August 1, 2020

#1 ◱ part of the garage after taking out tables and moving saws, cabinets, and other things.

#2 ◱ Ghe garage from another view. It did look slightly better but then I loaded up s bunk bed to move the appliances to a container. I also pulled futons on the bed which would probably go on the floor or out into a tent during a reunion.

#4 ◱ Lois thinks this is chokecherry. There sure is a lot of it this year.

#5 ◱ Mrs Cluck and her two chicks.

#6 ◱ Mrs Cluck is a very attentive mother. Notice that a few days make the chicks a lot braver.

#7 ◱ The seven baby chicks in the chick corral (the box).

#8 ◱ Two chicks from a failed adoption attempt; now we have to catch them and return them to the corral.

#9 ◱ Everything is just ducky. Lois has been analyzing identification marks on the ducks. In this picture she analyzed the bill colors and markings.

#11 ◱ Don has a following. Can you find all SEVEN in the picture? Don is also throwing landscaping bricks over the fence so that we can block the chickens from going under the gate on the other side of Cherry Lane..

#12 ◱ Seven ducks on parade. Now you can look at back feathers and spots. It is harder for Lois to tell them apart this way. The black drank is easy and the light one is Mustard, the hen. Then Hope is the Drake's wingman. And Waddles is behind him.

#13 ◱ Our oldest apple tree is so laden with fruit that the branches are breaking.
