Week of July 15 through July 21

#2 ◱ Lois is Cleaning the HVAC filters. We should do it more often, or at least check. Some filters were fine and some were dirty like this one.

#14 ◱ eggplant and cherry tomatoes from our garden. I think the tomatoes are sweet 100. I have another kind I don't like, and I am not sure if they will be good in cooking or what.

#17 ◱ Lois picked a bucket of yellow transparent apples. They sure show bruises fast. They were falling out of the tree as I picked them.

#18 ◱ Lois quartered the apples and steamed them.

#19 ◱ after Don put the apples in the hopper.. He either cranked the manual handle it turned on the electric motor and voila.. Out came applesauce.

#20 ◱ The cores, stems, and peelings came out the other side.
