#1 ◱ Lois found this picture of fireworks that she took several years ago. She added the words to celebrate our entry into 2018.

#2 ◱ Playing "hooky". Don prepares to install screw hooks on the south deck.

#3 ◱ Hive Mentality: Joseph assembles our second beehive, using a different design principle than the first one.

#4 ◱ Seeing Stars: Kekoa used our new dry erase (white board) pens to mark a leftover scrap of the white board. He was very happy with the work he did.

#5 ◱ Lighting the Way: Don installed screw hooks and warm white LED lights on the east stairs and deck of our guest house. At the top of the stairs is our "outside bathroom". The lights are on a photocell timer to come on at dusk and stay on for a certain number of hours.
