May 4 Septic

#1 ◱ Royal Flush came out to pump and inspect our septic system. Here is the pumper truck.

#2 ◱ Here is the Royal Flush utility truck.

#3 ◱ They ran a wire through our drain cleanout line.

#4 ◱ They have electronic instrumentation to be able to see inside the line.

#5 ◱ Aha. So that's where the tank is. Right between the bacon pad and the old white trailer, near the utility pole.

#6 ◱ They found the top of the vault.

#8 ◱ By the way, here is the old system, on the other side of the white trailer. It is in pretty bad shape and really just needs to be crushed in, filled in, and abandoned.

#11 ◱ Back to the current system. They got the lid off.

#12 ◱ And it is full to the brim. Yuck.

#19 ◱ The shovel is to stir things up so they will go into the vacuum.
