Most people take a vacation for their anniversary or go out to dinner.

First we made a paper pattern of the floor. Okay, that was after we cleaned all the sawdust and made two saw horses.

Getting the toilet hole right is a big trick.

When that is done we made a layer of water barrier paper.

After the barrier is laid down then we cut out the new under layment out of particle board.

Getting the cuts and holes to line up is tricky, especially when the plywood comes in 4x8 sheets and the bathroom is over 5 feet each direction.

The sun isn't as bright and we have a lack of electricity in the new addition. We had to take part of the plumbing off the studs to get the under layment into the room.

We laid the patterns for the sheet vinyl onto the new sheet vinyl, but we are too tired to do the next step. We will leave it for tomorrow. Happy Anniversary!
