What can you see before you get the real estate agent to let you through the gate?

#1 ◱ Our fine private road that goes from to the property. Near the barricade there is a culvert under the road.

#2 ◱ Our fine side road that goes from property to North neighbor's home.

#3 ◱ "Yard Guy" lives to the east of us and cares for his yard. We are standing above the culvert.

#4 ◱ There had been a lot of wind and rain and he was out chainsawing his damaged trees. We are standing just south of the culvert.
